BORN TO BRING COLOUR INTO THE WORLD
Painting for me is all about colour and about bringing the beauty of life onto the canvas. I specialise in landscape painting. I hope you enjoy travelling the world through the scenes I have painted over the years.
A Bit About My Life
I was born in Turkey and moved to England after finishing my studies. I am now based in Guildford, where I live with my husband, musician Nicolas Meier.
I graduated from the Faculty of Art, Gazi University Turkey in 1989, qualifying with a BA Degree in Fine Art teaching. For years, I taught Watercolour, Oil Painting & Drawing at Kingston Adult Education. I have also run art activities at different community centres through KAE between 2001-2013.
I currently host regular private classes at home and in different art centres. I also enjoy teaching at the Guildford Institute. More information about classes is available on the teaching page.
